I remember back in the '90s, when they first started building Star Centers around the metroplex, not only were their ice hockey tournaments around town but I would often see kids playing roller hockey in parking lots and tennis courts. It would be so great to see the sport grow to that point again. I think the Stars doing so well these days should only help grow the greatest sport ever here locally.

Anytime I see moving forward. I get a little scared. But this is an all good news for Dallas!

My favorite American hockey player of all time. He was so smooth on the ice and FUN to watch. Green is my favorite color and I will always remember him as the player who wore it best.

I remember watching him as a rookie... great skills but he was targeted and not very tough, got his bell rung a few times. They got some tougher guys around him to give him some room, and I think Bob Gainey convinced him to play defense. Tremendous all-around player and the centerpiece of the franchise. Perhaps the best American player of all time, as of right now.
